Continued use of the platform after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
To open an account with 2in1, you must provide genuine and accurate information. Each individual may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension. Verification of the mobile number or email address provided at registration is mandatory.
Keeping your account password strictly confidential is your own responsibility. You are personally liable for all activity conducted through your account, including any use by third parties. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password.
As part of the KYC verification process, you may be asked to provide proof of identity and address. This information is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties.
You must conduct yourself lawfully and ethically while using the 2in1 platform. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, software, or database on the platform, exploiting manipulative tactics for unfair advantage, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
All users are expected to treat one another with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive communication is not permitted on the platform. If such behavior is established, the account may be closed immediately.
All financial transactions on 2in1 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (৳ BDT). A range of local payment methods are accepted for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. A minimum deposit amount applies in each case — details are available from the platform's support team.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 2in1 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or funds are believed to originate from an illegal source, that transaction may be held pending investigation. We reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities in such circumstances.
All content on the 2in1 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2in1. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any of these materials without prior authorization is prohibited.
2in1's liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform is limited by law. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or unforeseen events.
The 2in1 platform may at times be connected to third-party services, such as payment gateways or game providers. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies; 2in1 is not responsible for their actions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation; if unresolved, the matter will be settled before a competent court in Bangladesh.
2in1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account if a user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions. Users will generally be notified before their account is closed; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
Upon account closure, any remaining balance (where no violation has been established) will be reviewed for refund. We reserve the right to forfeit the balance if fraudulent activity is proven. Users may also request account closure at any time.
You have the right to appeal any account-related decision. To do so, contact our support team and provide the relevant information and evidence; we will review your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
2in1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered mobile number or email. All changes take effect from the date of publication.
If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may stop using the platform and request account closure. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
